Ready-to-Ship Items
All ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s delivery progress.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are ordered specifically for you and have an extended processing timeframe. The estimated ship date for each pre-order item will be clearly listed in the product description. Please review this information carefully before purchasing.
Once pre-order inventory arrives to us and your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive tracking information via email.
Orders Containing Both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, please note that these items will ship separately. Ready-to-ship items will follow the standard 7 business day processing timeframe, while pre-order items will ship according to the estimated shipping timeline listed in the product description. Orders placed separately cannot be combined after purchase.
Local Pickup
At this time, local pickup is only available for pre-order items and will be offered as an option at checkout when applicable. Ready-to-ship items are not eligible for local pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Carolina & Rose LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Carolina & Rose LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Tracking Information
Tracking will be provided for all shipped orders:
- Ready-to-ship orders: tracking will be sent shortly after shipment
- Pre-order orders: tracking will be sent once inventory arrives and your order has been processed and shipped
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Carolina & Rose LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our products and preorder process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
Pre-Order Acknowledgement
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and understand that pre-order items have an extended turnaround and shipping timeframe. The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order item is listed in the product description at the time of purchase. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the stated timeframe and understand that these items are not ready to ship immediately.
Sizing Policy
We are unable to offer size exchanges for both ready-to-ship and pre-order items. Please carefully review all sizing information, product descriptions, and size charts before placing your order to ensure you are selecting the correct size.
If you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these situations, we will review the issue and offer either:
- a refund, or
- an exchange (if inventory is available)
Please note: exchanges cannot be guaranteed, as replacement sizes may not be available.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. This applies to both:
- Ready-to-ship orders
- Pre-order orders

Defective Items
We carefully inspect all ready-to-ship and pre-order items before shipment. However, if you receive an item with a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To request review of a defective item:

- Include clear photos of the defect
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for review:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
If approved, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate based on product availability.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Change of mind
- Failure to review preorder shipping timelines
- Shipping carrier delays
- Normal wear and tear

Shipping Delays
